My name is Sabrina. I grew up on a market garden farm, surrounded by nature, quiet moments, and the rhythm of the seasons. Today, I wish to return to that essential simplicity by launching Cœur de Gadelle, a small business dedicated to growing local, healthy, and delicious berries and small fruits.

This project is much more than a farming business. It is a way of sowing resilience, cultivating beauty, and reconnecting with the land, one berry at a time. For me, growing small fruits is an extension of my artistic and spiritual journey: listening to the living world, creating with gentleness and intention, and contributing to a more grounded, more human world by helping reduce the impact of climate change through local food production.

Why I Need Your Support

I am starting this project with limited financial resources, but with a great deal of passion, ideas, and a clear vision: to grow organic fruit that is locally accessible while respecting the soil and all living things.

Your support would help me purchase my first plants, natural mulch, essential tools, high-quality compost, and build the basic infrastructure needed for the farm (fencing, irrigation, and more), as well as acquire a vehicle for deliveries.

Je m'appelle Sabrina. J'ai grandi sur une ferme maraîchère, entourée de nature, de silences et du rythme des saisons. Aujourd'hui, je souhaite revenir à cette simplicité essentielle en lançant Cœur de Gadelle, une petite entreprise dédiée à la culture de petits fruits locaux, sains et savoureux.

Ce projet, c'est bien plus qu'une entreprise maraichère. C'est une façon de semer la résilience, de cultiver la beauté, et de reconnecter avec la terre, une baie à la fois. Pour moi, cultiver des petits fruits, c'est prolonger ma démarche artistique et spirituelle : être à l'écoute du vivant, créer avec douceur et intention, et contribuer à un monde plus enraciné, plus humain en contribuant à réduire l'impact des changements climatiques en produisant localement.

Pourquoi j'ai besoin de vous

Je démarre ce projet avec peu de moyens financiers, mais avec beaucoup de cœur, d'idées, et une vision claire : cultiver des fruits biologiques, accessibles localement, dans le respect du sol et du vivant.

Votre soutien me permettrait d'acheter mes premiers plants, du paillis naturel, des outils essentiels, du compost de qualité, de bâtir une structure de base (clôture, irrigation, etc.) ainsi qu'un véhicule, pour les livraison.
