Lance wants to be a happy camper!

If you know Lance, it’s obvious why he loves going to summer camp. Lance loves being around people and making new friends. He always has so many kind things to say. Lance also loves staying active–taking brisk walks, listening to music, and spending time outside.

Shady Oaks Camp for People with Disabilities has given Lance the chance to do the things he loves best. Like every summer camp, campers at Shady Oaks go on outings, enjoy recreational activities, make arts and crafts, and spend time with friends. Unlike other summer camps, Shady Oaks provides an environment where campers are given the support they deserve so they can participate fully in all camp has to offer.

We’re still months away from long summer days, but Lance is already thinking about the fun he’ll have and memories he’ll make at Shady Oaks. All Lance wants to do this summer is attend camp–but he’s counting on your help to make that happen.

We’re raising $2,000 to cover Lance’s registration fees for two weeks at Shady Oaks Camp this July and August. Donations of any size will make a huge difference, and every dollar will go towards Lance’s camp expenses. (Any additional funds raised will cover expenses such as spending money, new clothing, and other supplies for camp.)
