Lance Hernandez

Hi I am setting up a go fund me to help one of my son's teammates (Lance) who was seriously injured a few weeks ago during a middle school football game. He spent over a week in the hospital where he underwent surgery on his leg. He will require intensive long term physical therapy. Although he is home, he has not been able to go to school due to extensive nerve damage in his leg. Lance's mom, Jen, has had to take time off from work to care for him, which is both an emotional and financial burden .

A donation of any amount is appreciated and will help take some of the stress off of Jen while Lance recovers, especially with the holidays coming up.

My name is Krystal Carroll and I have known Jen and her family since I was a little girl. She is a great person and so are her boys Lance and Matthew.
