Lance Bickley lost his home in the Camp Fire

Lance Bickley is a disabled Marine Corps Veteran and was living in his RV in Paradise, CA.  The Camp Fire rushed in while he was at work he had almost no time to evacuate. He could not get his RV started and was forced to leave it.  He came back to find everything he owned was destroyed in the fire.  He managed to fit some things in his Miata (including his cat, Cracker), but has lost his home and all his possessions in the fire.  Insurance company is refusing to repay because he lived in his RV.
