On October 5, 2025, the Beckley Family experienced the somewhat unexpected passing of our father, Lance Beckley. As anyone who has dealt with the death of a loved one knows, it comes with rapid changes and unexpected costs. Our father was responsible for many of the family’s costs of living, including taking care of the family home and everything that is included with being responsible for the family. 

In addition to being the head of the household, our father was directly responsible for the care of one of our brothers, who has been disabled for many years. With our father’s passing comes much uncertainty about who will be the one to care for our disabled brother, along with the costs and stresses this care requires. 

At this time, our family is asking for any assistance that we can get from the community and those who know our family well. We will be using any donations received to cover the funeral expenses, planning a celebration of life, upcoming bills, and the unexpected costs that are associated with the passing of a father with family members who still depend on them. 

While the monetary aspect of our request is most beneficial to our situation, reaching out to the family to say kind words or memories of our father will be just as welcome. Our family appreciates any support during this hard time.
