I'm Cody, and this is Lana, my pit bull and my best friend.

Some of you know her already. Last winter hundreds of people helped get her mammary tumor removed and kept us in our home. That fundraiser is here: gofundme.com/f/save-lana-and-stop-eviction. I didn't handle everything on that page the way I should have, and I posted a full accounting there. Please read it before you give here.

Here's where we are now. Lana's tumor came back. Right after we found out, I was hospitalized for seizures, and I've been out of work for a couple of weeks. I'm $3,200 behind on rent.

Her vet will do the surgery for $2,000 if I pay cash up front. The payment plan runs $3,500, and I can't take that on right now.

I'm also applying for help from a canine cancer fund. If they cover her surgery, I'll lower this goal to $3,200 and post the paperwork so you can see it.
