Lambskin is a senior thesis film created by a team of students at Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts. The story follows Victoria, a young woman who checks into an experimental wellness center, where a radical treatment causes patients to grow a lamb-like skin. Through this surreal journey, Victoria is forced to confront her deepest traumas and begin the process of healing and transformation. The film is inspired by real experiences and aims to shed light on the challenges of recovery and the importance of hope.
As seniors, we are passionate about using our final project to explore meaningful and often overlooked topics, such as mental health and the realities of rehabilitation. Lambskin is our way of starting conversations and offering support to those who may feel alone in their struggles. Our team is committed to creating a film that is both visually striking and emotionally resonant.
We are raising funds to cover every aspect of production, including equipment, locations, cast, crew, and post-production. With filming scheduled for early October, your support will help us bring this important story to life and complete our thesis project. Every contribution brings us closer to sharing Lambskin with the world and making a difference through film.
