Our beloved BJHS therapy dog, Sir Lambeau, recently underwent knee surgery for a torn ACL. The good news is that he is doing very well with his recovery. The bad news is that he will need the same surgery on his other knee. The cost to repair both knees is approximately $10,000. His surgeries are being performed at the University of Illinois Veterinarian Clinic in Champaign.

Sir Lambeau has quickly become our most popular Social Worker and will be deeply missed by both students and staff while he is out recovering. 

Sir Lambeau is in his second year working at BJHS. Some highlights of his great work include: encourages students to come to school, de-escalates student behaviors, provides comfort in times of stress, delivers random acts of kindness awards, plus so much more.
