is with great sadness I inform you all of the passing of my brother, Shay.

3 days ago, he was admitted into the ICU in Phoenix. He had severe internal gastric bleeding which caused multiple organ failure. The hospital did the best they could, but unfortunately he wasn't able to recover.

For those who knew him, know how great of a man he was. Shay was the best brother, son, dad, uncle and friend anyone could have asked for. He was a sensitive and compassionate person that just wanted everyone around him to be happy. Our hearts break for his son, Izaak, and the fact that he won't be able to make any more memories with his dad. This goes without saying, he will be greatly missed.

Although he is no longer physically present, he will continue to live on in our hearts, memories, and minds.

I have set up this gofundme to help put him to rest, and to take care of any of his personal affairs that may present. If anything is leftover, we will start a trust fund for his son's future.

We love you, Shay. I hope you're enjoying your time with your son, Kamdyn. We know how much you've missed him.
