Lakenya Nelson

I am Rodney Welch, the brother of LaKenya Nelson. Kenya has fought a battle of colon cancer for 3 years, and God saw fit to end the fight on August 11, 2023. With the sudden death, unexpected expenses have arose that are beyond expectations for her children Dominique and Drevon to meet. Also many family, friends, and love ones of Lakenya have reached out to ask how could they contribute; therefore it would be befitting to set up an online platform to provide everyone access to contribute. There will be a memorial service held in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the funeral services will be held in West Monroe, Louisiana. Arrangements are still pending. We thank you all for the calls, messages, and prayers that have been extended throughout our time of loss.
