I need help paying bills

I have a third of what I need to pay August bills. I need help. Next week will be a year I've been unemployed. I can't believe a year later and I'm still in this situation. I'm doing everything I can do to get a job. Unfortunately I either get a rejection email saying they've went with another candidate or I hear nothing at all. If you can help I would appreciate it so much. Thanks
