Hi, my name is Lenna,

My sister and brother-in-law, along with my autistic niece have lost their home in Lahaina. They were able to finally buy their own home and now it's completely gone

They lost all of their belongings, clothing, personal items, 35+ years of marriage, family, and friends' photos. All of the irreplaceable things.

How do you even begin to measure the devastation?

My niece has autism. How do you re-regulate her life? How do you explain to her that everything is gone? How do you help her understand?

Are they still going to have a job to go back to?

I am asking for help on their behalf.

The memories they have will be held in their minds, but never again in their hands.

You can help them replace their essential needs. Hopefully a little breathing room for their finances.

We are far away in Denver, CO, but we are trying to help, but we only can do so much on our own. That's why we need you.
