laelia (LEE-lee-ah) agency is a multidimensional ecosystem. we guide cultural visionaries through their creative projects, from seed to scale.

from our founder:

for a while, i found myself fatigued. i knew i had the power & the passion to help people out of ruts, but i didn't have the confidence or knowledge to build a business structure from which i could share my gifts.

there was a need hanging in the air. i looked for many roundabout solutions before i realized i could create the lack that i saw, regardless of my skillset at the time.

i’ve grown up in a world where the youth is exceptionally talented but, often, they’re too focused on survival to create. the parents of these children, especially if they themselves are youthful, also find themselves uninspired at times. many of them are focused solely on the short-term. this cyclical disadvantage has the potential to keep us from our birthright to abundance.

we deserve for our dreams to come true, regardless of what ethnic or financial background we come from.

in order to feel impassioned about life, i believe our collective needs community care. when we encourage ourselves & each other to solve conflicts creatively, we can, together, visualize a world we would like to live in.

as laelia grows, so does the mission. we have developed from a botanica into a consulting agency that can support businesses, collectives, & individuals alike.

not only is laelia a reflection of what i see a need for in our collective, it is also a reflection of the work i’ve done on myself. i am laelia’s first client.
