Lady Poofy's Dental Disease

Poofy, my 13-year-old shorthair, unfortunately has stage three periodontal disease. We have been managing it with dental food (Royal Canin), but it has been managed, not reversed. I am planning on covering most of the costs.

The subtotal on the left is the low end, where everything is done under a minute. The rightmost estimate is the estimate if the full estimated 60 minutes is used.

She has been drooling out of the side of her mouth, and I need to be more careful about making sure she gets softer foods. I'm a full-time college student, so footing the full bill or even a large portion will be quite difficult for me. Any help is appreciated!
