Hi, I am Cheryl and I am fundraising for my dear friend Ladine Drader.

My dear friend was at work and fainted. She happens to work at a hospital, thank God. Went to emergency for tests and was transferred to the U of A hospital. Her diagnosis was Aortic Dissection.

She was scheduled for surgery but then that got cancelled and she had to wait another week for the surgery. In the meantime, her part time position was a temporary one and had ended. So she ended up back on casual with no benefits.

This has put undo pressure on her, that with no benefits to assist her financially, she is struggling. She is extremely worried about being able to pay her rent and bills. Not good for her heart or recovery.

The funds raised will help her pay her rent and bills to help her get back on her feet till she can get back to work. I would love to be able to help my dear friend.
