Ladd Family House Fire

We weren’t going to ask for any financial assistance, but you all want to help. Lord knows we definitely need the help. I want to start by saying thank you. This community has never failed at making you feel welcomed and loved. This time hasn’t been short of that.
The night of our house fire we were at Nathan’s mom’s in NH. Behr and I went back to the house at 5:19pm to walk our fur babes. We weren’t home more than 30 minutes. But that was the last time we hugged our beautiful furry souls. Legit the clock in our house was melted and stopped at 6:30pm.
We planned on staying at my MiL’s until 8:30-9pm, because Nathan and I both were scheduled to work today.
We received a call from our neighbor at 8:58 pm informing us that our home was on fire.
It was too late for our fur babes. Nathan and I were on sight 15 mins behind the call leaving our two boys with Nathan’s mom.
It’s sad we came home to our house the way we did. That being said we’d take a burnt down house to have those pups alive.
We are ABOVE THANKFUL for all of the first responders who came, and especially those who tried to rescue them through CPR. I can’t tell you how much it meant us that our whole street came to our needs and were there for us last night.
If there is a donation made we promise to use it to help rebuild our lives and we will definitely pay it forward.
