Ladan Family Support Fund

Our heart goes out for our friend and ministry partner Tess Ladan and her family from Tampa, FL. She was diagnosed with Erdheim Chester. Erdheim-Chester disease is a rare form of non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis. It involves the excessive production of histiocytes, which are a type of white blood cell. These cells, which normally help fight infection and injury, then gather in different organs and tissues and can result in a variety of symptoms, including organ failure. Tess went through surgery on May 2, 2019, and had to undergo another operation on May 8. But on June 8, she was declared brain-dead. Her doctors informed her husband she is legally dead. He was devastated to say the least. Aside from the fact that he’s losing his wife, they have exorbitant medical bills that they needed to pay. Tess is not covered by an insurance and her husband Caesar’s meager income as a pastor can barely cover their living costs. Since she was diagnosed with this disease, her doctor did not give her clearance to work. Since her income contributes a lot to the family’s needs, they were living in a tight situation since then. We also found out, the family didn’t even have enough funds to cover for her funeral. In behalf of the family, we appeal for your help. Every dollar that you send will go to the Ladan family for the payment of their medical bills, funeral preparations, and living expenses. It is our heart’s desire that through this they will see even a glimmer of hope in their gloomy situation.
