LaCour Family Needs Your Help After Disaster

On the morning of Saturday, May 24, tragedy struck the LaCour family from Cloutierville when the rear foundation of their home gave way without warning, causing a partial collapse and rendering the residence uninhabitable. Thankfully, all family members escaped without injury—but the damage has left them without a place to live and without many of their essential belongings.

A GoFundMe campaign to help the LaCours recover from this unexpected loss. The funds raised will go toward emergency housing, daily living essentials, and the long-term effort to rebuild their lives.

“This has been an incredibly difficult time for our family,” said a member of the LaCour household. “We are so grateful for the outpouring of love and support from the community. We’re just taking things one day at a time and hoping any donations will help us find a place to live.
