Lachlan Townsend Repatriation and Funeral

Last Sunday night my nephew Lachlan sadly had his life cut short while living away from his family in Victoria.

Lachlan had a beautiful heart. He struggled through his late teens and his early adulthood with ASD and other mental health issues. He was misunderstood by a lot of his peers but he was fiercely loyal to those he loved. Both Lachlan and his family have been failed by the system, leading to Locky passing away at just 22 years old.

With his family residing in QLD, laying Locky to rest has become a very expensive task. His body needs to be transported from Victoria back to QLD where he can be with those who loved him the most.
