It is with great sadness that we share the untimely passing of our dear friend and former colleague, Lachlan James, who tragically left us on the 7th of August at just 31 years old.

Lachlan was a devoted father, son, fiancé, and a passionate aspiring crofter. His warmth, humour, and kindness touched the lives of many, both personally and professionally.

He spent six years with RSE between 2016 and 2022, before continuing his journey with Diageo. Lachlan made a lasting impact on everyone he worked with, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
