I am an artist from Athens, Pennsylvania. This spring, I was offered one of only eight places in the MA in Traditional Arts program at the Prince's Foundation School of Traditional Arts in London. I am eager to continue training in fine craft and traditional methods of making and have already received financial aid to cover the entire cost of tuition for two years! This is so exciting and I'm beyond grateful for God's provision for me, but I still need funds to defray living expenses for the first year. It would be an honor to receive your financial support during this crucial period in my career as an artist. The results of taking this master's will be life-changing for me, and include the following benefits:

There is a pretty narrow window (a matter of weeks, or less) that I have to come up with the remaining funds to be able to apply for a student visa and receive it in time to begin classes in London on September 26th. The School of Traditional Arts is the only school in the world to offer a master's in this subject, and if I don't attend this year, I will lose all the scholarship money I have already been awarded.
