Mission Trip to Haiti
Donation protected
Hi family and friends!
I have quite an unexpected opportunity ahead of me to return to Haiti this December and continue my involvement in ministry to this incredible country. After traveling to Haiti last year, it is an understatement to say I feel called to give of myself in service yet again to the Lord. With that being said, I need YOUR help to turn this dream into a reality. Ever since my return to the US last January, I knew I wanted to go back...it was only a matter of when. With my graduation being postponed an entire semester, here is my shot! In my time as an undergraduate student, I have been able to participate in three international mission trips, as well as two domestic mission trips. Words cannot even begin to express the impact these experiences have had upon my life and walk with God. There is nothing more instrumental in my faith than sharing God's love around the world. Undoubtedly, I feel sought out, called upon, and incredibly lead to go on this trip. My willingness and dedication have me determined to stop at nothing in order to travel yet again to Haiti and answer God's call. Once again, I ask for YOUR help. The total cost of the trip is $1800, and I simply do not have this kind of money as a college student. I've always been told to never let money be a hindrance to the sharing of my faith and devotion to the Lord, and I often encourage others to never let money keep them away from their dreams. This is the last time I will ever have this opportunity as a student at Methodist University, as this is my last year before I begin a graduate program to obtain my doctorate of physical therapy. I am greatly appreciative to any ounce of help you are able to provide. I ask not only for monetary contribution, but also for spiritual support. Please keep my team and I in your prayers daily. This is about Him, not us.
