Due to recent medical complications, on Sunday, Oct. 10th, 2021, our dear friend became an amputee with the loss of one of his legs. La'Brandon Tyre is a charismatic, supportive, and loving human being who spreads joy and acceptance to all he encounters. As a high school English teacher, volleyball coach, mentor, singer, theater artist and director, La'Brandon is an active pillar within his communities - always using his light to allow others to shine.

Through his faith and trust in God, La'Brandon is grateful for the science that saved his life. Still processing the passing of his mother earlier this year, and the subsequent funeral costs, La'Brandon has persevered in silence. Despite these adversities, La'Brandon remains positive and plans to return to work as soon as possible.

As his friends and loved ones, we would like to show him what he means to everyone. This fund is to help with medical and moving costs, mobility aids, furniture, and additional necessities. Providing monetary aid will allow La'Brandon to focus on his recovery - something he would never ask for himself.
