As many of you may have heard our beloved Sam LaBelle passed away Friday 2/28/2020 unexpectedly and quickly due to complication of a stoke.  As you can imagine his husband of 29 years, Tom, was left with substantial unplanned mounting expenses.  We are reaching to the music community and all those who knew and loved Sam, to help us support Tom as he navigates through the difficult times ahead.  The obvious being the immediate living and on going expenses and the impending cost of Sam's final arrangements.  As many of you know Tom is one half of Soundworks record pool, but Sam was the Big Kahuna driving the income stream through his musical and technical expertise.  Tom's contribution, as vital as it is to Soundworks, still relied heavily on Sam's leadership, thus leaving Tom now financially insecure.  As Tom picks up the pieces, let's all circle the wagons and help provide him with financial security to help him through this excruciating loss.  When we all reflect on the impact that this one human being, Sam LaBelle, has contributed to all of our lives, and the music community, let's all send him off with comfort of knowing his beloved Tom is going to be taken care of.
