Lab49 Covid-19 Donation Drive for India Colleagues

Lab49 is a global firm and a community of like-minded individuals passionate about banking and technology.

We're heartbroken and aghast at the trauma our colleagues in Delhi are experiencing. Being so far away, it's difficult to find ways to help, but here's one way we can make a difference.

Covid-19 frequently makes it difficult for infected people to breathe, and as their oxygen levels decrease, their struggle becomes life-threatening. Oxygen concentrators, devices that extract pure oxygen from normal air, can provide needed help for patients with breathing issues. We've all experienced severe disruption with this disease and understand that the situation in India is extremely dire.

So we decided to create this GoFundMe page to raise money to purchase concentrators that can be distributed directly to our colleagues who need them. Lab49 will match our contributions in this donation drive, dollar for dollar. Together, we can help make a small but heartfelt contribution toward helping our Lab49 friends in India get through this terrible time.

Please make your contribution no later than Wednesday, May 12, 2021. We are planning to purchase and ship the devices by the end of next week.
