Lieve mensen,

Mijn vriendin Michella is een prachtig mens. Ze leeft met kanker in een palliatieve fase, maar laat zich daar niet volledig door bepalen. Ze kiest ervoor om, ondanks alles, met liefde, humor en veerkracht in het leven te blijven staan. En juist daarom gun ik haar iets heel bijzonders.

Michella droomt ervan om samen met haar vriend en zijn zoontje nog één keer op vakantie te gaan. Naar het buitenland, waar de zon schijnt, waar ze even alles kan vergeten, en waar ze samen herinneringen kunnen maken die voor altijd blijven. Geen vastomlijnd plan – gewoon samen weg, samen zijn, samen leven.

Met deze actie hoop ik dat we haar die droom kunnen geven. Elke bijdrage, groot of klein, helpt om dit mogelijk te maken. En ook als je niet kunt doneren: delen helpt ook enorm.
