The L.A. Xtreme 12U Elite travel baseball team is headed for Cooperstown, and they need your support to get there!
This group of talented elite sluggers will participate in a week-long summer tournament featuring nearly fifty baseball teams from across the U.S.
But it isn't cheap. Xtreme 12U Elite is asking for your support to help realize this baseball dream and ensure all players can be on the field together in Cooperstown. No donation size is too small -$5, $10, $20 - whatever you can contribute will make a difference. And if we raise $10,000 by June 1, 2017, we can be assured that no player will be left out.
Xtreme 12U Elite is no average travel baseball team as this season they were ranked as high as #2 in the country by USSSA! Under the leadership of coaches Eric Beckerman, Brent Times and Paul Penney, the team has set the bar high. They burst on the scene in 2015-16, rocketing to a #15 ranking out of 425 California teams with seven USSSA tournament championships. Xtreme Elite was then moved from the AAA division to Majors, the most competitive travel baseball division, a top-floor promotion in record time. Says Coach Beckerman, "In 20 years of coaching youth baseball, I have never seen a team move up to the top level of play so fast. I knew early on that this team was special."
The Cooperstown experience is one this team will remember for a lifetime. Guaranteed eight games before entering the elimation rounds, it will be a solid week of competition and fun all in the setting of the world's baseball capital. The entire week, players and coaches bunk up together in Cooperstown All Star Village's barracks. These guys will eat, sleep, and breathe baseball, 24/7!
