La Tona Carnahan medical expenses

Hello, my name is La Tona Carnahan and I am raising money for medical expenses. I lost my job in May due to my declining health and also lost insurance coverage. My insurance expires 8/30/2023.

I am having Thromboendarterectomy, pulmonary surgery on August 21, 2023. I learned yesterday that I can not use my arms to lift myself up for 6 to 8 weeks after surgery because they will have to break my brestbone and put it back together with a wire. Those of you who know me, know I can not get up without using my arms to push my self up due to having knee issues. My knee just don't work in lifting me up anymore. With this being the case I will have to go into.a rehab facility for this 6 to 8 weeks so they can provide me with the lift assistance I will need. I am sure this expense is going to be a big one and without a job or health insurance this is the reason I am reaching out. Whatever you can give is very much appreciated.
