La Quinta Food Market asks for help during immigration raids

Donation protected
"At La Quinta Food Market, we are dedicated to creating a safe and thriving space for local vendors. We are a cooperative-based market, operating in a fair and equitable manner that has served us well. We rent out spaces to vendors with TFF (food) permits and have all the necessary permits. However, we have recently had to close our doors for a period of time due to the fear and concern generated by the immigration raids in our community. Many of our vendors have not left their homes, fearing for their safety, and therefore have not been able to work or maintain their businesses. In light of this difficult situation, we are calling for your generosity. We ask that you open your hearts and consider donating money to support these vendors during these uncertain times. Your support would make a huge difference for these families who depend on their businesses for their livelihoods. We thank you in advance for your solidarity and empathy."
