I'm Chef Chana, and l've spent decades cultivating my passion for French cuisine and advanced baking. It's a dream l'm committed to keeping alive. As the operator of La Petite, the bakery faced significant hardship this year due to construction and Loss and the decision to close permanently was a difficult but necessary step.
I'm working a great effort to stay in town, operate, and take pre-orders in December. I'd appreciate it if La Petite customers supporters could contribute. The comments l've read have been overwhelmingly positive, inspiring me to keep pushing forward.
