Help La Florizza Pizza - Wood Fired Pizza Truck

Hi, my name is Arthur and my story is a little unusual, but I'm sure I'm not the only one with a story like this. It happened this year, the change I've been waiting for. You can call it a mid life crisis or as I call it a "I feel like I don't know what I really want to do in my life" . Until one day I saw a video on YouTube of a guy making wood fire pizza on the back of his pick up truck. And it sparked something inside me. The next day I visited a local pizza food truck who makes Neapolitan style pizza in a wood fire oven. What I didn't know then was that this was going to change my life. Luckily, the Pizza truck guy who sold me the pizza was a guy named Eric, who, in the future, became a friend and a mentor. Eric gave me the opportunity to come and learn the method and skill of making pizza in his food truck and put confidence in me that one day I could open and run my own Pizza truck. Day by day my dream is becoming my reality. My journey is documented on Eric's YouTube channel, where you can see how I flew from Florida to Pennsylvania to buy a used truck. Then took the truck to pick up the 3500lb oven from New Jersey and started my journey with over 1,000 miles back to Florida. Also you can watch the progress of the building and preparation of the truck to the opening of my business. At this point, I decided it would be the right time to share my dream with positive people like you and ask you to assist me with the final push my project needs. Flying one way to PA to find a used truck and pick up my used 3500lb brick oven from NJ.

After a few days in PA I bought my used 1997 Chevy P32 tool truck on Facebook marketplace.

Getting the truck to my friends house to remove all of the shelves and make space for the oven

Removing the back door and cutting the wall to make sure that I have enough clearance for the oven.

After 3 nerve breaking hours (Cutting more walls and oven legs) the forklift finally got it in.

Starting my 30 hour road trip from Pennsylvania back to Florida.

Morning in North Carolina with only 600 more miles to go.

Finally home with finishing one part of the project.
