November 2011 -- Janet and Kevin are married.
November 2012-- Janet and Kevin are the proud parents of a baby boy, Maddox.
April 2013 -- Janet is diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer.

Many of you have been following Janet's journey and battle with breast cancer. Many of you have seen the facebook posts that I've put on my page referencing "TEAM JOHNSON".  Janet's battle with breast cancer ended on Saturday, January 24th.  She was 42, yes that's not a typo. Age 42. She leaves behind an amazing husband and their beautiful 2 year old son, Maddox. (Along with her parents, her sister, 2 nephews, family, and a gazillion friends)

Throughout this journey, many of us have felt helpless....like we wanted to help, but just didn't know how and/or what to do. Well today I am creating this gofundme in hopes that in some small way, we can help Kevin and Maddox.  I can't even begin to imagine the hefty medical bills that Kevin is left with or that have yet to arrive.Yes, Janet had insurance, but we all know how lovely insurance companies are and how much they "actually" pay for. 

I am hoping we can raise funds to help Kevin with any expenses he might face: outstanding medical bills, any daycare expenses for Maddox,  grocery bills, gas bills, heck whatever he might need!
