My name is Cisco Fernandes and on June 17,2000 I dove in a pool and broke my neck.  Instantly, I became a quadriplegic confined to a wheelchair without the use of my hands or legs.  Together with the love of my wife and my will to adapt, I have been living with a spinal cord injury almost 15 years. I have stayed strong and worked out every single day so that I am prepared and physically ready when technology comes up with a cure for this cruel disability.  Unfortunately years of pushing a manual wheelchair to stay strong has completely worn out my shoulder and I have just undergone my second complete shoulder repair surgery and can no longer use my manual chair or work out to keep my body strong. 

I am am asking for donations so that I can receive a FES stim bike that improves every part of my life. It gives electrical impulses in sequence so that I can peddle a bicycle with my own muscles. It improves circulation, muscle tone,  breathing, prevents skin breakdown and builds muscle and decreases spasms and aligns my pelvis and spine. I used to ride it regularly years ago, and I never felt better . It would be life changing to be able to use it every day now that I can no longer keep do my exersize. Please help me to help myself.
