Kellie's Cancer Fight

Kellie is a mother, a wife, a sister, a friend, and a brand new grandmother. As her best friend, I have seen her at her best and not-so-best and witnessed her inner strength shine. She has a heart of gold and deserves the best the world has to offer her, which is why the diagnosis of cancer came as such a blow to us all.
Many years ago Kellie and her husband started their own business and despite the hardships of the recession, their business has managed to survive. Recently, with the changes to our healthcare system, Kellie and her husband had to make the decision to either dissolve their business and go work for a company that offered insurance, or make do without as the costs were too high; they chose to continue with their business and managed what many fail at, to live within their means.
Now suddenly their lives have been turned upside-down as Kellie received a diagnosis of cervical cancer on January 27, 2015. Her biopsy is scheduled for February 4th so we can find out what stage of cancer she is in and plans can be made for her further medical treatment.
In the mean time, along with the devastating news of cancer, Kellie has now discovered that there are no doctors who will see her without health insurance or money up-front. She has managed to locate some insurance which has a monthly premium of only $500 (which will not start until March 1st), but this does not include the $10,000 hospital deductible, the additional 20% after said deductible, medications, chemotherapy, radiation or follow-ups to make sure she is still cancer free once she beats this.
A few years back the term "Pay it Forward" became popular and Kellie was a big proponent of this as it was the way she had already led her life. Too many times Kellie has gone out of her way to do things for others, sometimes at a cost to herself. So this is what we (her loved ones) are asking now, for others to pay it forward as she would do to help her beat this ugly beast we call cancer.
