Help Mr. Patrick Gigliotti

Pat Gigliotti is a devoted father of four and loving grandparent to two beautiful baby boys. He has worked hard his whole life to not only support his children and his wife at the time of marriage but is hands down the biggest inspiration in life, Last year, at only 57 years of age Patrick was diagnosed with Dimentia, which has become so severe that he is now unable to work or do simple tasks. The family has done their best to care for him, but his condition is deteriorating quickly and he is in dire need of an in home aid and full time care. One of Patricks sons and his fiancé both work full time while also caring for their two young children, Patrick's youngest son lives with him and helps as much as possible but caring for anyone in this situation is becoming to hard are and there needs to be a professional involved. Patrick is also struggling to find the funds to pay for mostly medical costs but sense SSI hasn't kicked in yet rent is becoming an issue for Patrick as well. hopefully something happens soon so patrick can be in a more comfortable state of mind. If you understand how hard this situation can be please help in anyway possible money isn't the only thing needed advice can help just as much.
