JOHNNY TABOR'S Medical & Expenses
Donation protected
On January 22, 2015 my father Johnny Tabor, brother Myke Tabor, and cousin Kenneth Tabor fell 30 ft from a steel building they were constructing in CT. This happened when the machine they were stepping on to get back down to the ground tipped over. These men had just finished working a 10 day job with only just 2 hours from completion and heading back home to GA when this accident happened. We have found out the owner of the building did not have proper insurance to cover such an accident. Also, the owner is not releasing any of the money that is owed for the completed work. We have retained an attorney but that will be along process. This has left all 3 men with no source of income. These are hard working men who live pay check to pay check like most of us do. My father spent 6 days on a ventilator. He has a broken pelvis, ribs, completely shattered left arm, back & neck injuries, and punctured lung. They are all going to be disabled for awhile. I know my father's injures will require him to be in the hospital for up to 6 weeks before coming back home to GA. Then his 3 months of rehab can begin. My brother fractured his pelvis. My cousin fractured his pelvis, broke his arm, and wrist. We are in need of living expenses for these men. We are going to have funds to get them all back to GA. This will be a long recovery process. Expenses are mounting for healthcare, medication etc. because as of now there is no insurance available.

Johnny Tabor is one of those salt of the earth type of men. One who kept their head down and worked hard for their families, never asking for or expecting a thing from anyone. Since being injured, Johnny has been at the mercy of doctors, nurses and his own children to help him with even the most basic needs. Those needs have moved beyond the basic. If you feel lead to give, please do so simply by using this link.
We would appreciate anything that you can do. Even the smallest donation will help. Thanks so much for blessing our family . Our hearts our forever grateful.
Much Love, Misty Tabor Moon
