Help for American Hero & his family
Meet George & Stacy Fontanez. An average American Couple with 4 beautiful kids. Stacy is a funny, sweet, Texas girl with a passion for her children and an eye for fashion. George is....well George....but for one thing: He is a true hero.
(Oakdale, LA) On the night of January 30th, 2015. George and Stacy were awakened by intense heat and smoke. As with any parent they were immediately overcome with the realization that their children were in another part of the house, and they were cut off from them by the intense heat and dense smoke. George and Stacy exited their house and George immediately ran around to the girls' bedroom and broke through to reach them. George braved the smoke & heat of a fully engulfed house fire to save the lives of his children, and his Mother, who was visiting them. If the story stopped there it'd be one of an American Dad doing his duty for his family, but it doesn't.....
George is a disabled Veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan. He was a hero long before this tragedy happened to his family. You see; the fire just showed us all what we already knew.....George is an American Hero.
George has paid his dues: worked, studied, and sacrificed to get to where he is today. George is a graduate of the Battlefields to Oilfields training program, and has never asked for anything.
