Hello my name is April and I have put this together for a very special lady.
Let me tell you a little bit about My Best Friend,
Our "Princess"...
She is one of the most loving & big hearted people you will ever meet.
If you need a shirt, she finds you one, if you need shoes, she finds you a pair, if you need a hug she wraps her arms around you and holds on tight and the list goes on.....And most of the time you don’t even ask, she just pays attention, sees where help is needed, jumps in and helps!
She is always there to help with fundraisers from Bikes n Bugs to helping an injured brother and his family.
She is well known in our Motorcycle Community as a go to person and Loved by many!
Well, she needs our help now..
In March of 2015 after raising enough money, she was able to get the much needed spine MRI's done. Turned out she had a cancerous mass at T7-T9 basically between the shoulder blades. She was given this information, was admitted to the hospital that day, surgery was scheduled for that Friday. 12 housr, a 22 in incision and 73 staples later it was deemed a successful surgery. Stephanie spent the next 6 weeks in the hospital/rehab recovering from the surgery.
She then was sent home to complete rehab from there another 4 to 8 weeks. She is now back to work some weeks full time some weeks partime. Due to the nature of her surgery she is still recovering.
We were able to save her home, and with the help of loved ones, keep the lights on. This is a long road and she is still recovering. The medical bills are starting to come in and they just keep climbing.
Any help is very much appreciated; it all goes straight to her to help keep everything going as she continues to recover. We are in the last stretch.
