Sgt. Hood has been a Police Officer for 20 years in Northern Kentucky and recently has been diagnosed with two rare illnesses. A complication from one of those illnesses has resulted in a loss of a majority of his hearing. He know requires hearing aids. Sgt. Hood has two small children as well and the illnesses are keeping him from working.

The Newport FOP is hosting a benefit for Sgt. Hood on 02/21/2015 at 7pm at our Lodge.
