Nicholas's speech and Life Fund

Nicholas is a very smart 12year old with down syndrome and autism. Because of the downs, he has an enlarged tounge that prevents him from speaking clearly and because of the autism, he has a tough time trying to communicate with words. He is very smart and knows how to use the computer, ipad and many other devices. I want to give Nicholas the opportunity to advance in his communication by getting him a Dynawrite Ogmentive device so he can learn to communicate better before and while he is in high school. This devise is a keyboard with a monitor attached to it so when he is typing his letters into words, the device will talk back what he has typed. I see this as an excellent tool for him to be learning on. We have tried many places to see if he could get this device and get him going on it and even tried the school and nothing has happened. My family is on one income and we just can't afford to purchase this unit on our own.I know my son will accelerate in his speech if he had this device within reach all the time. So please help my little boy in achieving his goal to communicate better. I am sure it is frustrating for him and us when he is trying his hardest to say what's on his mind but just can't quite get the words out. I am also trying to set up a savings account for him as well. It has been very difficult to save money for him.
