Thomas Dean

Hi- my name is Margot and I'm fundraising on behalf of my best-friend and stand-in brother Thomas Dean.

Tommy came in to my life through my brother, Ryan. The two of them got sober together and Ryan took Tommy in as apart of our family in South Florida. Tommy and his family quickly became a very important part of our lives. Fast forward some years, I lost my brother to an overdose and Tommy became even more integral in my life ever since then. He has acted like a brother to me and shown up for both my mom and I in ways that we can barely even put into words. The impact Tommy has had on my life and those around me is immeasurable.

It is with the greatest sorrow that I announce that I am now going through this process of grieving a brother all over again.

Tommy has been sober the last 10 years and had achieved incredible things both in his career and in his personal relationships. He was the most generous, kind, honest person I ever met- constantly helping people and going out of his way to make sure everyone was taken care of. Tommy always told me he kept his circle small but it was loyal and he would do absolutely anything for the people in his circle but all I saw was a million people who loved him and were impacted by his big, vibrant energy and excellent dance moves. He was the most amazing chef and could turn a small gathering in to an extravagant event with his big ideas, extensive grocery lists and just a little time in the kitchen.

Tommy's lively soul will continue to live on through his mother Christine, his sisters Jessica and Sarah, his father Tom, my mom Juliet, myself and many many others.

These contributions will go to all of Tommy's after life expenses and will be immensely helpful in making sure we can celebrate Tommy in a way that was as big and extravagant as him.
