On Thursday June 5th we experienced the most terrifying and extreme event in our lives. Our mobile home was hit by a tornado passing through the Whitharral TX area. Only by our Lord's grace were our lives and the lives of our 6 fur babies spared. Unfortunately the same could not be said for our home, the roof was completely ripped off, every room in the house was flooded by the heavy rain, the well house was severely damaged, our rear window on our only vehicle was busted out by the accompanying hail. It being a much older home we did not have insurance on it. The majority of our belongings were water damaged. We are currently unsure if we are going to try to rebuild or just move as neither option is an easy decision. We appreciate any and all donations as we try to salvage any of our belongings.
