Jaylen's Medical Bills

Hello! My name is Hailey Finocchio and I am fundraising for my good friend Samantha Lorup and her baby, Jaylen. Since Jaylen's birth, he has been in and out of the hospital with varying sicknesses, and he is a warrior. As you can see, he keeps a smile on his face throughout his pain and endeavors. Almost 3 weeks ago, Jaylen was admitted to the hospital for having a fever, vomiting, an extreme rash, lack of appetite, and began having seizures. He was diagnosed with Enterovirus, was having seizures daily, not eating, sleeping, walking or talking. His mother Samantha has been at his bedside 24/7 since he's been admitted, not working to be with her son, and trying to get her schoolwork done online. Jaylen has since been also diagnosed with Rhinovirus, and has had to undergo multiple anesthesias in order to get an NJ tube in for feeding, and various tests such as MRIs. Jaylen is only 1 and has been through so many medical stressors. His mother Sam is the greatest mother and friend I know. Throughout these past 3 weeks, she has never left his side, still doing schoolwork, still providing love and care to her daughter Addy, still reaching out to her friends and checking up on them, and trying to care for herself on top of all of this. This family has already been through so much, and does not deserve the additional stress of paying for Jaylen's hospital bills on top of his working through his pain and mysterious illnesses. This fundraiser is to help take a load of stress off of my friend Samantha, and let her be there 100% for her children, without having to worry about impending medical costs.
