This account is not only to help with the services but to keep his spirit alive through Noah and his love of playing sports and enjoying life to the fullest.

In his early life Matt survived cancer. This god believing man had a second chance at life. He wanted nothing more than to be a father. His passion for children didn’t go unnoticed, he worked as a teacher for the YMCA and touched so many lives. He married Cherrish and they were blessed with a baby their son Noah.

Matt was truly his son’s best friend and taught his how to play sports, most importantly his favorite, football. Noah adored his dad and the time they spent together. He raised Noah to be a loving respectful person.

Matt’s outlook on life was like no other and he found joy in everything he did. He loved his family, watching his son grow, and making those around him laugh.

Anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated  as we would love to touch the hearts of his family as much as he touched the hearts of everyone he encountered.
