I was extremely skeptical creating a go fund me because help comes in so many amazing ways, but so many people have reached out from all over to want to help our family. PLEASE please do not feel obligated to monetarily donate to help/you can remain anonymous if it makes you feel better!
I cannot express how loved I personally feel by friends, acquaintances and even complete strangers. The smallest bit of help goes a long way. Please feel free to share our story with friends and family.

anyone who knows me, knows very well that it’s hard for me to swallow my pride and ask for help.
so here it goes..
about a week ago, my moms house got hit by the microburst that rolled right on through Lawrenceville. while my neighbors had no idea of anything happening, my mom and i were in straight survival mode. what seemed an eternity lasted only minutes.
all of what happened in between is a blur, but the damage is already done.
i would say you can figure the rest out on your own but i don’t think anyone understands the severity of damage done to our home. we are currently living in a hotel and could be for months. we have water damage through our entire house; third floor down to the basement. while my beautiful yet amazing mom or as you all know her as Mar has been moving mountains for us all, i ask that any sort of ‘help’ even down to the smallest thing would be extremely appreciated.
here comes an even bigger request - everything and i mean everything of mine got completely ruined, water damaged, hauled away to the dry cleaner, etc. etc. i just had my second shoulder surgery and let me tell you living in a hotel is not the way you want to recover lol. i would REALLY appreciate any sort of help my way with fall clothing, rides to PT/appointments or a quick hotel visit just to make me laugh everyone i have talked to literally cannot believe my life any more & low key neither can i at this point, but i can’t help but thank SO many people already for reaching out to make sure we are all safe, cooking us meals, offering rides, money, gift cards for food; pretty much everything you can think of to get us through this tough time
aside from the chaos, Peanut has recognized EVERYTHING different and hasn’t left my side. We truly don’t deserve a dogs love, but this dog is about the only soul i need with me constantly (#nationaldogday). annnnd finally last but not least, these women in my life mean everything to me. i wish words could be enough to describe my mom’s love for us girls but all i know is that i wanted to become the woman you are and slowly that wish is coming true
you may never know what a person is going through sometimes; however, a simple act of kindness or help can go a long way without ever being forgotten ❤️
