Hello, my name is Eric and I am Patty Mcginnis’ son. As you all may have heard, our mother suffered a stroke in October of 2021.

She was in the hospital for close to two months, and then sent home to continue her recovery. She needs around the clock care at home which includes personal care, physical therapy and speech therapy. She has limited mobility in her hands and is unable to walk or even speak. She has slowly gained some mobility but faces a long road in her recovery which includes doctors appointments, medical imaging, medications, and therapy. All of these things that Patty needs to recover are costly and with Patty unable to work any longer these bills have been accumulating and now I am reaching out to ask for help.

This GoFundMe is for our mom, Patty, to help her pay any expenses she is no longer able to pay due to the fact that she has not been able to work since her stroke and will not be able to work for the foreseeable future. Anyone that knows our mom, knows she is a selfless, caring, and thoughtful woman that would happily help her friends and family in their time of need.
