Kyra's fund for LILIAN PRIME MS CENTRE
Hi there, as some of you may know I lost my oldest sister Emily to complications from a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis in February at the age of 37.
After losing her sight and mobility the Lilian Prime centre helped her keep active and meet others with MS, this had a profound affect on her and allowed her to keep going when that felt almost impossible.
I began running shortly after she passed to help me cope and I have decided to put it to good use and run the Bristol Half Marathon in memory of Emily and raise money for this wonderful charity. I am no expert so this is proving to be a challenge (for me and my knees!) Also thank you to Tom for doing this with me without complaint or hesitation.
Thank you for taking the time to read this far, any donations would mean the world to my family and I but if you can’t spare any money running tips are welcome too!
