Hi I’m Jaye, my daughter Kyrah (16yrs), has been selected to represent Team GB in the WBC World Muay Thai games this June in Verona, Italy. This is an amazing achievement and will be a well deserved and amazing experience.

Kyrah has trained in Muay Thai since she was about 7yrs old. She dedicates 5 nights a week alongside school to training, and last year made the big step up into her first head contact fight which she won on a the huge Muay Thai stage, MTGP! 2024 was a great year, where she also picked up her first international title beating a girl from Spain, and also picked up a win over a previous World Muay Thai games gold medallist.

Kyrah now has the opportunity to step up again, and fight for the first time abroad in Verona, Italy, where some of the best fighters from around the world will meet! Unfortunately everything at this level, and in Muay Thai in general is self funded. Sponsorships are so vital to help young athletes succeed in this sport. I am raising money and looking for companies to work with, to help cover the costs of flights, hotel for the week, transports, registration fees, fight kit and essentials to help her be able to compete and take up these amazing opportunities. She is a hardworking kid, who will also be doing her GCSEs throughout the training period for this competition. She will be an asset to any company sponsoring her and an asset to Team GB.
