Please help Mary

***Please see the updates**** My aunt, Mary Hamel, was tragically mauled this morning while trying to break up a fight between her dog and another dog. As a result,  Mary's thumbs and three of her fingers were chewed off.  After retrieval of some of the missing digits and eight hours of surgery by six different surgeons, one of the fingers could not be saved at all, her thumbs were repaired as best as they could be, and it is unknown how much use she'll have in her hands. Mary faces a long and very difficult recovery, and will be out of work for an undetermined period of time, not to mention the medical bills she'll have from surgery, hospital stay and PT.  Nalla (her dog) was also injured in the fight, and Mary faces a vet bill of around $1000 for her care. Anyone who knows Mary knows how much she cares for her fur babies, so jumping in at the first sign of danger to help her baby was just instinctual.  If you can help in any way, even if it's only a few bucks, she would appreciate it more than you know. Mary was just starting to turn things around for herself, so this is just a huge blow to her livelihood and wellbeing.  Please share with anyone you would like to share with.
