Hola, Queridos Hermanos y Amingos, este es mi Hermano Porfirio Estevez Canela (Firo) El fue diagnosticado con la enfermedad Esclerosis Lateral Amiotrofica, Mejor conocida la enfermedad de Lou Gehrig , (ALS) es una enfermedad de las neuronas en el cerebro y la médula espinal que controlan el movimiento de Los musculos voluntarios. A medida que la enfermedad ha ido progresando ha ido perdiendo fuerzas cada dia, hasta el punto que ya se encuentra postrado en una Cama y necesita la ayuda de una Máquina De Oxígeno, se le está haciendo dificil, y ya no puede mover los brazos y piernas y el depende de un tanque de oxigeno Para poder respirar, Mí hermano Siempre ha sido muy saludable y ha estado jugando pelota y Softball toda su vida. hasta Nov. del año 2013, que empezo a caerse y a perder fuerza, y se dió cuenta de que algo estaba mal Por lo que decidió acudir al medico, despues de varios estudios le diagnosticarón la enfermedad (ELA). Por este medio le quiero informar, que se le hace muy dificil mantener su familia y Pagar por su tratamiento, por favor necesitamos de su ayuda para poder cumplir con sus sueños, sus sueños es recibir tratamiento para esta enfermedad y Desminuir el Progreso de esta enfermedad y remplazar las neuronas malas con la terapia de celulas Madre y poder estar con sus seres Queridos y seguir Adelante con su Vida.

Hello, This is My Brother Porfirio Estevez Canela ( FIRO) He was diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) sometimes called Lou Gehrig's disease, is a rapidly progressive, invariably fatal neurological disease that attacks the nerve cells (neurons) responsible for controlling voluntary muscles (muscle action we are able to control, such as those in the arms, legs, and face). The disease belongs to a group of disorders known as motor neuron diseases, which are characterized by the gradual degeneration and death of motor neurons. It is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. As the disease progressed he went from walking, to falling every day, he is struggling to get on his feet, unable to Work and Support his Family, he cannot Walk or move his Arm or legs,
He is now in Bed . It is very difficult for him to breathe and talk. He depends on an oxygen tank. He is extremely weak and fragile. My Brother was very healthy he played baseball and softball all his life until Nov. of 2013, and unexpectedly he started falling on the ground, and he knew that something was wrong. He went to the doctor, and found out, he was diagnosed with ALS. I’M writing to all to Please help my Brother Firo reach his goal. His goal is to Get Treatment for his Disease, and minimize Disease progression and preferably replace damaged neurons with cell therapy, and receive the treatment that he needs, which is with the (ALS) mother's cells. And spend Time with his Family and continue with his Life.
Please help him, it would begreatly appreciated.
